  • Dumfries & Galloway Annual Gathering

    PSYBT volunteers from throughout Dumfries and Galloway met for the annual PSYBT Gathering to network and enjoy presentations from PSYBT and local PSYBT supported business, Rachel Speedie of The Art Room.

    Regional Manager, Angela Booth gave an update on regional news and PSYBT’s plans in the coming months and Operations Support Manager, Lesley Scott spoke about national issues and answered questions on the new Online Aftercare System.

    Rachel, a local entrepreneur recently funded by the Trust told the audience about how her business is progressing and gave an interesting insight

PSYBT Awards

Shoe designer Emily Lamb has been nominated for a Scottish Variety Award under the ‘Best new Scottish Artist or Designer’ category. Emily was funded by PSYBT in 2010 and her hand made shoes have been very well received by those in the fashion industry. After Graduating from Cordwainers, part of the London College of Fashion which specialises in footwear, she decided to launch her own collection, ensuring every creation was unique with their own original feature and pattern.
