  • PSYBT Growth Fund Awards

    Young entrepreneurs received recognition for their business excellence at an awards ceremony in Glasgow last night.


    Hamish Robertson (28) founder of RT Franchise Ltd who is behind the fastest growing IT franchise won the award for Outstanding Business Growth. Brothers and fishermen John Willie (31) and Finlay MacDonald of MFV Rival II were jointly recognised for their Outstanding Business Growth after successfully steering their business through rough seas and difficult economic times to establish a profitable fishing business.

PSYBT Awards

Shoe designer Emily Lamb has been nominated for a Scottish Variety Award under the ‘Best new Scottish Artist or Designer’ category. Emily was funded by PSYBT in 2010 and her hand made shoes have been very well received by those in the fashion industry. After Graduating from Cordwainers, part of the London College of Fashion which specialises in footwear, she decided to launch her own collection, ensuring every creation was unique with their own original feature and pattern.
