A few years ago PSYBT set an ambitious objective to radically overhaul our IT systems. Our vision was to establish an integrated system that would add value, improve our productivity and efficiency, to the way we communicate with and support our clients, volunteers and partners and enhance our ability to effectively report on the impact of our work to both existing and potential supporters.
During the last year we achieved many important milestones with most of the planned developments now in place. An example of the important impact that these changes have had can been demonstrated through the interactive PSYBT Business Directory, accessible from the PSYBT website, where businesses are now able to inter-trade and network among themselves.
