Shoe designer Emily Lamb has been nominated for a Scottish Variety Award under the ‘Best new Scottish Artist or Designer’ category. Emily was funded by PSYBT in 2010 and her hand made shoes have been very well received by those in the fashion industry. After Graduating from Cordwainers, part of the London College of Fashion which specialises in footwear, she decided to launch her own collection, ensuring every creation was unique with their own original feature and pattern. To her delight, The Rock shop at the Eden Rock Hotel in St Barts, holiday destination to stars such as Beyonce and Jay-Z, agreed to stock her shoes and she hopes more celebrities will admire her collection.
