Quiz Gurus

Quiz Gurus was founded by Scott Carwood in 2011. It came about through a desire to provide licensed trade businesses and other organisations with first class entertainment at an affordable price.

For four years Scott ran his own pub and put on a pub quiz every Monday night. It proved to be the most relaxed, enjoyable and consistent evening of the week, eventually outperforming Fridays and Saturdays in terms of revenue.

And so the concept for Quiz Gurus was born. Their aim is simple: provide great quizzes that are hosted by top-drawer personalities. The Gurus @ Quiz Gurus are a mighty neighbourly bunch and provide you with a quiz night like no other. Gone are the days of exam conditions where nobody speaks to anyone. Their quizzes are designed to get people talking and most importantly, coming back to your establishment week after week!

Quiz nights are a great business booster and if you've never tried one then Scott suggests you give it a go. The typical quiz-goer is one of the highest spenders in the pub trade. He says “on average they'll spend more money than those in to watch your costly Sky Sports and won't give you the same headache as your karaoke kings and queens”.
