Bluebell Bakery

Carla began baking 3 years ago and was encouraged by friends and family to take it up as a business. After being a little apprehensive about the process, she decided to take the plunge and registered as a business in May 2011. Having already completed her food hygiene courses, Carla found the process to be far simpler than she had originally feared. She recently launched a new product, Cake Pops, which have been a huge hit in England and the USA however many people she spoke to in Scotland had never heard of them. The cake pops, which are mini cakes covered in icing/chocolate on a stick have proved to be extremely popular. Since starting her business, Carla has started making celebration cakes which are proving to be a big hit with her customers.
