Giving To PSYBT
Your Support
Your support will help highly deserving young people by giving them a new focus and chance to realise their potential.

As a charity, the PSYBT relies on the support of individuals, businesses and charitable trusts and foundations who donate the funds we award to young entrepreneurs.

Your Donation
By giving a donation to the Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust you are giving young people in Scotland the chance to realise their ambition of starting up their own business. We are a lender of last resort, which means that the young people we help have not been able to obtain the funding from elsewhere.

Every young person we support is not only provided with the finance they need, but will also benefit from a minimum of two years guidance through our Aftercare Programme.

Supporting PSYBT

Did you know that a donation of:
  • £5 and upwards would help increase the level of our Grant Fund, helping those young people who need our help the most, get into business. PSYBT needs to raise over £200,000 each year for the Grant Fund
  • £10 and upwards would help increase the level of our Revolving Loan Fund which provides low interest loans to young people who cannot access vital business finance from other providers. PSYBT needs to raise approximately £200,000 each year for the Revolving Loan Fund. Over 80% of these loans are repaid and the money immediately reinvested in another young person
  • £250 would provide a Test Marketing Grant to one young person allowing them to do more research into their potential business idea
  • £1,000 would give a disadvantaged young person a grant to help start their business
  • £2,000 would support the business mentoring to one young person starting up in business
  • Up to £5,000 would help set up one young person in business with a soft loan
We are of course delighted to accept all levels of gifts and can often tailor the donation to your company or individual needs, for example, by supporting a business local to you.

With your help we can make a real difference.
